​Coaching:
First session 90 minutes - £150 (includes your Coaching Plan)
Follow up sessions 60 minutes - £80

Duration and frequency of meetings are customized to meet your needs. I provide appropriate support between meetings by email though this cannot replace a paid session if necessary. I would allow for an average of 4 sessions after the initial consultation to benefit from our time together and reassess your needs. 
 
Counselling:
£65 for a 50-minute session

In counselling, we aim to meet weekly at the same time for 50 minutes.
I would allow for 6 to 8 sessions but there is always room for discussion to meet your needs.
 
Cancellations:
 Your appointment is reserved solely for you. If you are unable to attend for any reason please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled for less than 24 hours will be charged at the full price.
