What are courageous conversations?
You may feel mentally, emotionally, physically and or spiritually tangled up, and feel unable to share your truth with friends, family or colleagues. They don’t seem to understand.
The fear of falling apart, being misunderstood and judged, or feelings of unspeakable anger, guilt and shame can be overwhelming. Anxiety and numbness may be stopping you from being able to express what is really going on for you.
Whatever it is, please know that you are not alone. Human beings are wired to be seen, heard and understood in-order to negotiate the inevitable twists and turns of Life.
